| All shipped items use the Yahoo shipping tables and ship FedEx, UPS or USPS. If you question the shipping cost, please email us and let us know. On the order page you will see shipping cost before you purchase. Push the blue continue button, then at the bottom of the order form on the next page, in the gray box top left, you will see shipping cost. All furniture should be shipped to a business or there could be an additional charge. We do not ship without payment unless credit has been established. Because of high demand for our towels, we do run out of product occasionally, and this might cause a delay in shipping, so please plan accordingly. We primarily ship ground. If you would like your order sent via the US postal system, use the comments section to let us know, or call our toll free telephone number. We do try to give you the most affordable shipping. You are responsible for duties and taxes when shipping outside the United States. American Chair sends out email confirmations and updates. Due to various reasons (spam filters etc.), our email's don't always make it to the buyer. We do our best to keep you in the loop concerning your order, but do call us if you have concerns. If you are not comfortable using a credit card online, please call us to fulfill your order Shipping is roughly 15 to 20 percent of the order cost. Larger orders above $100.00 are roughly in the 10 percent range. UPS, FedEx and USPS have a minimum charge for packages. It changes frequently, the price is around $6.00 for a small package. We try to watch every order if we can save you money we will ship USPS, sometimes this works and sometimes it does not depends on the area it is going. Pillows always cost more to ship because of volume. We know every trick in the book to save on shipping cost; sometimes it works to suck the air out and sometimes it does not. Depends on the area and the size of the order. If you want to save money ship to a business. If you run a small business from your home ask your local FedEx store, UPS store or pack and ship if they receive packages. Pick up your order from them and use the business shipping option. |

| The more you buy lowers the shipping cost. FedEx wants a minimum fee to deliver to your home or business. That goes for all shipping companies including postal. To save money call a friend and combine orders. Ordering extra will not raise shipping cost that much. Also shipping to a school, church or business helps. Email us if you have a concern with the shipping cost. We do not want to over charge and we will credit any excessive shipping fees. That is why we do not offer free shipping, its better to get discounted shipping, remember nothing is free, companies that offer free shipping still have to charge you, its hidden in the cost of the product |
